You're Driving Me Crazy! 101 Dangerous, Inappropriate, Discourteous, Illegal, and Just Plain Stupid Driving Habits by John Reinhardt is a book with content that is aptly described in the sub-title. Right from the beginning, the author notes that an average number of car accidents in the U.S. every year is 6 million, more than 90 people die in car accidents everyday, 3 million people in the U.S. are injured every year in car accidents and around 2 million drivers in car accidents experience permanent injuries every year. This book explains why this tragedy takes place, showing readers how reckless driving can lead to unfortunate accidents. In this book, the author discusses 101 mindless and bad driving habits that lead to accidents and he does so in prose that is beautiful and in a tone that is clear and authoritative.

John Reinhardt shares knowledge and observations that are not taught in driving schools, creating an awareness in his book that will help readers become more cautious and less aggressive when they drive. This book is the most thoughtful and informative book I have read on driving. Each habit that is succinctly discussed in this book is strong and resonant and it will be hard to not identify with at least five of them — from waiting to turn too far back to using the wrong seat position, from swerving to turn to driving with loud music, from riding brakes to driving while emotional, there are many habits that can cause harm to the driver as well as others on the road. This is a book for those who want to master the art of driving safely and every person who owns a car or drives one should read this book. It is a comprehensive guide to defensive driving, a book that does nothing but uncover the ways drivers endanger themselves and others. You're Driving Me Crazy! brilliantly helps readers understand what is at stake when they sit behind the wheel of their car. It is a book that should be taught in driving schools.
