In March 2018, two individuals who hate their countries and

between the presidents of Russia and the USA. A Russian Spy, Dmitri Smirnov,
might be the only one able to stop a full-blown nuclear war. Teaming with his
friend scientists, Drs. Victor Mark Silverstein and Linda Ann Kipling, who work
at the Naval Research Laboratory in Monterey, California, he matches wits with
Brickman III and Erickson. Can they succeed in stopping the worst disaster in the
USA and Russia?
